Converting your life insurance
If your coverage through the ONE-T plan ends, you may be able to convert your life insurance into an individual policy with Canada Life, without having to provide proof of good health.
To qualify, you must:
If Canada Life approves your application, the maximum amount you can convert to an individual policy is $200,000 (including both your basic and optional life insurance).
